CODE OF CONDUCT.

  1. NOMINEE SUBMISSION.

    1. Anyone can submit a nominee for free until May 31, 2025, at 7 PM PST.

    2. All nominees submitted after this deadline will incur a $10 submission fee.

  2. VOTING PROCESS.

    1. Each vote begins at $1 per vote. The cost scales up to $35 for 50 votes.

    2. Special sales will occur at designated times during the voting period, offering discounted rates for purchasing additional votes.

    3. All vote counts are updated within 48 hours after purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at the email – c2tvawards@gmail.com - with your order number and/or a screenshot of receipt of purchase.

  3. VOTING PERIOD.

    1. The first round of voting begins on May 1, 2025, at 8am PST, and ends on July 31, 2025, at 7 PM PST. 

    2. All first-round nominees must receive a minimum of 100 votes to advance to the second round of voting. Votes from the first round will roll over as the starting vote count for the second round of voting.

    3. The second round of voting begins on September 15, 2025, at 8am PST, and ends on November 15, 2025, at 7pm PST. All nominees must have a total of 300 votes or more to move on to the final round of voting.

    4. The final round of voting begins on December 1, 2025, at 8am PST and the last day to visibly see vote counts online is December 30, 2025 at 7pm PST. After this time, any purchased votes will still be updated on our end until two weeks before the show.

    5. The people within the top 5 total votes of each category will be notified prior to the show and will receive free entry to the event along with a +1. The winner of each category will be announced during the event.  

  4. ELIGIBILITY OF NOMINEES.

    1. Nominees must be at least 16 years of age or older and fall within the categories provided for our award show.

    2. Final round of nominees must be able to attend the award show located in Los Angeles, CA in January of 2026.

  5. VOTING INTEGRITY.

    1. All votes must be cast by legitimate participants. Any form of vote manipulation, including but not limited to automated voting or any charges reversed for votes will be considered fraud.

    2. Any votes from a fraudulent order will be removed from the total vote count. This may lead to potential disqualification of the nominee and further investigation.

  6. DISQUALIFICATION.

    1. Nominees found to have violated any rules or regulations may be disqualified at any time during the nomination or voting process.

    2. Disqualification may occur for any actions deemed to undermine the integrity of the nominations or the voting process, including but not limited to: §  Attempting to manipulate voting or nominee rankings. §  Engaging in fraudulent behavior.

  7. CODE OF CONDUCT.

    1. All participants must adhere to a respectful code of conduct throughout the nomination and voting process. This includes: §  Not engaging in negative or derogatory remarks about other nominees. §  Refraining from any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior deemed unethical. Violation of this code may lead to disqualification.

  8. AMENDMENTS & CHANGES.

    1. The organizing committee reserves the right to amend the rules at any time to ensure a fair and transparent process. Participants will be notified of any changes.

  9. TELEVISED EVENT DISCLOSURE.

    1. The nomination and voting process will be part of a televised event. By participating in the nomination or voting process, nominees and voters acknowledge and consent to being filmed and/or recorded during the day of the event along with promotional flyers posted on Instagram and other social media with their name, picture and social media handle added to the flyer. All participants will receive the promotional flyer to post to their social media.

    2. Participants may appear live on television or in recorded segments, and their names, images, and any statements made may be used for promotional purposes related to the event.

    3. If you do not wish to be filmed or recorded, please refrain from participating in the nomination or voting process.
