1. Acceptance of Terms:  By accessing and using C2 Entertainment's online streaming platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 

2. Memberships:  Encore Members have access to watch all content released on C2 STREAMING and submit to our casting calls. All-Access members receive all encore member perks along with the following: content submission, VIP event access with 2 drink tickets funding and distribution opportunity, discounted rates to book our crew, and branding/marketing solutions to take your project to the next level. All-Access Members also receive an exclusive membership card to present at all C2 events. Membership card will mailed within 3-4 weeks after purchase. If you wish to attend an event and your card has not arrived yet, please email info@c2tv.org to be added to our VIP Guest List. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately, there is a $20 fee for card replacements.

 3. C2 Ambassador Program: C2 Ambassadors receive a commission of 20% on purchases made through www.c2tv.org. Affiliates receive a one-time commission for the first month of subscription-based purchases. To qualify for commissions, ensure that individuals use your unique referral code during their transactions. 

4. Distribution Services:  C2 Entertainment offers distribution to streaming services like Tubi Network, and others at an additional cost. This service enables content creators to showcase their projects to a global audience. This service is only available to All-Access Members.

5. Funding Opportunities:  C2 Entertainment is affiliated with producers and investors interested in funding new projects. Whether you are seeking financial support for your creative endeavors, our network provides opportunities to bring your vision to life. This service is only available to All-Access Members.

6. Intellectual Property:  All content uploaded to C2 STREAMING platform, including user-generated content, is subject to intellectual property rights. While users retain the ownership of their content, by uploading content to this platform, the user grants C2 Entertainment LLC the right to distribute, promote, and receive profits generated from the content. Users must only submit content in which they own the intellectual property rights. Any submissions that are not owned by the person submitting the project will not qualify to be published on www.c2tv.org. Users acknowledge and agree to these terms when utilizing the platform.

7. Privacy Policy:  Users' personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. 

8. Prohibited Activities:  Users must not engage in any activities that violate the law or infringe on the rights of others while using the platform. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material and engaging in fraudulent practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties:  C2 Entertainment does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Users acknowledge that the platform is provided "as is" and use it at their own risk.

10. Updates to Terms:  C2 Entertainment reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform after modifications constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
